Up in smoke
The following news story and picture appeared in The Eagle, Bryan-College Station, Texas, on Wednesday, November 1, 2006:
"Paul Rolke (left) [President of Robertson County: Our Land, Our Lives] and Jim Schermbeck stand by a Texas-sized caricature of Gov. Rick Perry kissing a smokestack outside the Memorial Student Center on the Texas A&M University campus Tuesday evening.
They were in town promoting what they call "The Rick Perry Smoke Stack Love World Tour," a demonstration against what they call the governor's support for industrial polluters in Texas."
