As good stewards of our land and heritage and as responsible citizens of a participatory democracy, we intend to educate and inform our fellow citizens regarding the consequences of power plant development, participate on their behalf in legal and administrative processes as may be necessary, and pursue all remedies that will result in regulatory imposition of the highest attainable level of emission standards and industry compliance with those standards.
